The Knight of Swords is the second card in the Court of Swords, as it is preceded by none other than the Page of Swords. In this case, however, we are dealing with a strong middle-aged man who has much more patience, and in addition, he meticulously plans his actions. Symbolically, the Knight of Swords depicts a knight sitting on a white horse. In his right hand he holds a sword extended upward as if he were in combat. The Knight of Swords is also wearing a red cloak, and the card itself has a gusty landscape full of tumbled clouds. This card is therefore very dynamic and may indicate travel like the other knights in Tarot. Most often, however, it refers to decisive, very quick, and sometimes even calculating action on the mental plane. The Knight of Swords symbolizes logical thinking and sober reasoning, which allows him to approach every matter strategically. However, with his words he can sometimes create a real storm. However, the Knight of Swords knows how to deal with difficult matters, which is why he does very well in intellectual, professional, and formal matters.
